IGP commissioned a design concept for the S300 gobo projector body and support stand.
Among their preferences were a bold and thoughtful shape that took into account the technical content of the product, as well as manufacturability and geometric low-poly style, which was brought back to relevance thanks to the Tesla Cybertruck.
The projector had to be weatherproof and durable, with easy access to internal components through top and bottom hinged covers equipped with hidden hinges and mounting mechanisms.
It was also important to take into account that the hull would be made by casting.
Geometry Manufacturability Reliability Minimalism
As a result, we created a gobo projector concept with a radical geometric design, where every facet emphasizes conciseness and functionality.
Monolithic surfaces, devoid of decorative elements, not only form an ultra-modern aesthetic code, but also provide practicality: sharp corners and flat panels minimize the accumulation of dirt, simplifying maintenance.
The technological essence of the device is revealed through precision proportions, honed details and the use of metal with a matte texture that resists scratches.
This approach not only sets a new standard in the category, but also turns this gobo projector into an art object that combines engineering precision with visual expressiveness.
